Self-Test

Understand what you're feeling.

These are the same validated screening tools used in clinical practice — not a diagnosis, just a starting point. Nothing you enter is stored, saved, or sent anywhere; your answers stay on this device and disappear when you leave the page.

If you're in crisis right now

These screenings are educational tools, not a diagnosis. They're the same instruments used in clinical practice (PHQ-9 and GAD-7), but only a full evaluation with a licensed clinician can determine what's actually going on and what treatment, if any, makes sense.
